Settlement Ready

We are excited and pleased to advise that settlement has now been confirmed by all parties, officially allowing the transaction to be finalised shortly.

Please see the key points below for your reference:

  • Settlement Confirmation: Now that all parties have signed off, settlement will finalise at the advised time. The process typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete from the settlement time advised.

  • Notification Email: An automated confirmation will be sent to you and the relevant real estate agency via the settlement portal Pexa, which has been set up on your behalf by us.

  • Key Handover: Once the confirmation email is received, any applicable keys may be handed over.

  • Title & Funds: The property title will have transferred, and all funds will have been finalised.

  • Authority Notifications: Shortly after settlement, we will notify the relevant authorities as applicable (e.g., council, water authority, owner’s corporation). You will be copied into these communications for your records.  This way you can see that they have been notified.
