Vendor Requirements For PEXA Online Settlements

If you wish for us to act on your behalf for the Vendor, we will require the following (as applicable):

  • Client authorisation form (which we will supply for completion)
  • Copy of contract (with purchasers solicitor details)
  • Mortgagee details (if applicable) with discharge form (must be signed & dated)
  • Original certificate of title
  • Copy of the adjustments and cheque directions (plus copies of certificates)
  • Bank account details for where funds are to be transferred
  • Settlement instructions

Purchaser Requirements For PEXA Online Settlements

If you wish for us to act on your behalf for the Purchaser, we will require the following:

  • Client authorisation form with date of birth (which we will supply for completion)
  • Copy of contract (with vendors solicitor details)
  • Mortgagee details (if applicable)
  • Settlement statement; this needs to be signed, acknowledged and verified through the SRO and we will provide the transfer number and PEXA ID if required
  • Copy of adjustments and cheque directions
  • Bank account details for funds to be transferred and BPAY details for the rates and water
  • Settlement instructions
